Please ensure that you have closed all open positions and withdrawn all funds in your available balance before emailing us.


One of our customer support representatives will proceed to close and disable your account, and you will no longer have access to it. Once the action is done, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been disabled.

 

Once you close your investment account, it cannot be reopened.
